decision-making processes that will enable us to implement our value creation process. Our consultants will research not only what is said, but also what is not said, associated with habit, automatic operation and simplification.
Optimising existing processes
Unlike standard applications we optimise existing processes rather than change the client’s organisation. However, as a result of our findings some clients implement changes. As these changes have been quantified prior to their implementation, their value is more easily accepted by the Company subsequently.
Example of the challenge of adhering to a process: in the case of an Airline Company, 1 % adjustment of functionality generated a saving of € 30m.
