From 31 January 2018 to February 2, the SmartNet project will convene in Glasgow to meet and discuss with the project partners and stakeholders. A first version of the simulation platform was completed, allowing to provide input for a preliminary cost-benefit analysis (applied on the Italian scenario) to compare the 5 TSO-DSO coordination schemes. These initial results will be explained further to the Advisory Board meeting, taking place on Feb 1st.

N-SIDE has been heavily involved in the design, development and test of this simulation platform, and delivered a first version of the market simulator module (part of the simulation platform), specifically testing the different TSO-DSO market designs.

Meet Guillaume Leclercq and Peter Sels in Glasgow and learn more about the market simulator module.
