We are looking for a System Integration Project Manager for our Life Sciences Software Product Team in our Headquarter in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels area, Belgium. We have developed innovative software products, using simulation and optimisation to support decision making in the complex environment of pharmaceutical R&D supply chain. As a System Integration Project Manager, you’ll manage and coordinate, together with our technical experts, the collection of business requirements and drive the discussions around integration to ensure our products integration capabilities match the expectations. With those requirements, you will design with our IT teams an integration system exposing APIs to allow our clients to integrate with our solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client communication around the integration. Be the single point of contact for those topics.
  • Manage our integration projects following the agile methodologies used at N-SIDE, surrounding yourself by relevant actors.
  • Collaborate with our product owner, business experts and development team to follow up on the envisioned schedule.
  • Design a coherent and scalable integration system allowing to expose our APIs to N-SIDE customers.
  • Take the lead on discovery and design activities related to software product integration:
    • API design and architecture
    • DB management
    • Integration with ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
    • Implement good data handling practices (e.g. ISO)
    • Define detailed specification for product development
  • Conduct generative discovery activities around the needs for integration. Be in close contact with our different clients to extract and document those needs.
  • Conduct design activities around the solutions tackling the needs extracted. Be in close contact with our technical experts to ensure those solutions are sound technically and regarding the strategy of the product.
  • Conduct evaluative discovery activities to validate the design of the solutions before they are integrated to our products.
  • Monitor the evolution of integration needs.
  • Get and stay up to date with the product offerings and usage.

About you

  • You hold a degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent to one of those.
  • You have experience with IT project management, Agile.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical R&D, Supply Chain is a plus.
  • You have experience in the management of the integration of software product in existing IT landscape:
    • API design and architecture
    • DB management
    • ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
  • You have experience in discovery and design / managing business requirements of a software product.
  • You are a good negotiator with third party service providers.
  • You have a certain degree of understanding of the technical constraints of a software product.
  • You are passionate about product development and user-centered methodologies.
  • You are a team player, a critical thinker, curious & questioning.
  • You are passionate, eager to learn, and solution-minded.
  • Fluency in English (both oral & written) is a must.
