His primary focus is on optimizing trials before they begin, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made to enhance their efficiency and supply-friendliness. In addition, Raphaël initiates projects aimed at evaluating the impact of innovative strategies and conducting performance analysis at the program or portfolio level.

Martina holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Science and certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and programs from St. Gallen and London Business School. With 25 years at Fresenius Kabi, Roche, and MSD, she has worked across Research, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Global Support Functions, developing drug products and pioneering a novel auto-injection device. She has led strategic initiatives such as founding MSD’s Innovation Hub in Zurich and enhancing market access forecasting through design thinking. Currently, Martina drives digitalization and innovation in clinical supply operations, leading the MSD Digital Display Labeling project and co-leading its industry-wide community.
