Put theory into practice through an interactive simulation exercise.

Participants are immersed in a dynamic, multi-round simulation designed to bridge the gap between IRT theory and operational reality.

In this interactive and ludic exercise, participants are tasked with configuring the supply strategy for a global clinical trial, making critical decisions on buffer levels, predictive windows, and resupply triggers.

By the end of the session, the various IRT configurations led by the different teams are compared in a final debrief, highlighting which strategies successfully prioritized patient safety while minimizing trial footprints and waste.
