Breaking silos and building the future

In the fast-evolving landscape of clinical trials, innovation is a collective mission. After the success of our 2024 event, N-SIDE once again gathered the global clinical supply community for its N-SIDE Connect: Innovation in Clinical Supply. With two iterations of the event, one in Pennsylvania, USA, and one at our headquarters in Belgium, the 2025 edition surpassed all expectations, proving that the spirit of collaboration and shared success within our industry is stronger than ever.

Following the momentum of previous years, the 2025 theme was clear: innovation is built in a room full of partners ready to challenge the status quo. From strategic visions of data-driven supply chains to candid testimonials from industry experts, N-SIDE Connect 2025 was a celebration of how far we’ve come and a roadmap for where we are headed.

A global community united by a shared vision

The events across the US and EU brought together a record-breaking group of 60+ CTS professionals. The atmosphere was invigorated by a powerful sense of alignment. As our leadership shared N-SIDE’s strategic roadmap, a common theme emerged: our customers’ needs and our vision for the coming years are perfectly synchronized. We are comforted in the idea that we are building solutions that mirror the real-world complexities our partners face every day.

Strategic highlights

The discussions ranged from N-SIDE’s vision for the future to real-life case studies brought by customers willing to exchange best practices and strategies that help solve their complex challenges. 

Driving innovation through strategic vision

At both the American and Belgian events, we unveiled N-SIDE’s future-focused strategy. This involves deeper integration of AI and machine learning to not only forecast demand but to provide actionable insights that allow supply chain managers to be proactive rather than reactive through a unified planning ecosystem. With forecasting & planning touching multiple departments and systems, we also shared our ambition to build in such a way to prioritize interoperability.

Customer-driven success: real-world case studies

The undisputed highlight of N-SIDE Connect 2025 was the users testimonials. We heard from global pharmaceutical professionals who shared their journeys of overcoming logistical hurdles and internal silos.

These case studies were more than simple success stories, they were about transparency. Speakers discussed topics ranging from enabling the clinical supply through collaboration and data empowered decision-making to strengthening clinical supply performance with technology and innovative strategies to maintain program feasibility.

The networking sessions throughout the event provided a unique platform for professionals to meet and exchange ideas on current challenges.
