In recent years, N-SIDE has built a strong company culture. One of the key ingredients of our culture is based on values embodied by N-SIDErs on a daily basis. With more than 200 employees from all around the world, diversity is one of the values we have always strived to place at centre stage and further develop as part of our employee identity and DNA. With this strong ambition in mind, N-SIDE has largely invested throughout the years in ensuring that diversity but also equity, and inclusion would constantly grow and be embedded at all levels of the organization.

We seek to create a work environment that is truly built by its creative, talented and innovative employees in order to develop a workplace that truly represents each and every N-SIDEr. In order to make both these intentions a reality, the idea of creating committees within the company was triggered some years ago and has over the years, outgrown any expectation in terms of impact and employee engagement.

Governance
Whistleblowing: We maintain a secure and confidential Whistleblowing system for anyone (employees, partners, and third parties) to report serious concerns including legal, ethical, or regulatory breaches. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation and supported throughout the process, in line with EU Directive 2019/1937. Codes of Conduct: Our codes of conduct are statements of the ethical values, principles, and foundations of our business, providing clear standards and expectations on corporate ethics for all employees, as well as third-party suppliers and independent contractors.
